Refunds & Cancellation

The 30-day guarantee

If the Strategy Vault isn’t right for you, email support@provinggroundletter.com within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund that payment in full. You don’t need to give a reason.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days.

How renewal works

Memberships renew automatically until you cancel:

• Monthly membership: $49, charged each month on the day you joined.
• Annual membership: $199, charged each year on the day you joined.

Charter members keep the charter rate for as long as their membership stays active. Before each annual renewal, we email you a reminder.

How to cancel

Log in, open your account and choose Cancel membership. Or email support@provinggroundletter.com from the address on your account and we’ll cancel it for you. Either way, cancelling stops all future charges, and we confirm it by email.

After you cancel

You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. After the first 30 days, we don’t refund partial months or years, except where the law requires it.

If a charge looks wrong

Email support@provinggroundletter.com and tell us what you see. We’ll look into it and put it right, including a refund where one is due.
